Return Policy
- Please note that we don’t offer refunds as each item is based on your requested size and personal logo.
- If there’s any issue related to the quality or fabrication of your garments, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 10 days after receiving your order for assistance.
- If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order.
- If a return is given, it is at the sole discretion of CIRCA FLAGS and will be reimbursed in the form of an CIRCA FLAGS Gift Card.
- CIRCA FLAGS will only accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition.
- CIRCA FLAGS has the right to deny reimbursement for an item that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.
- Any items returned to CIRCA FLAGS that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client without reimbursement.
- If your items were purchased with a Gift Card, the card will be reloaded before another Gift Card will be issued.
